Been told you don’t have enough bone for implants? On Bromley High Street, our specialist rebuilds the foundation first - so the implants others turned down become possible.
Dental implants need solid bone to anchor into. When teeth have been missing for a while, the bone that once held them can shrink, and in the upper back jaw the sinus can sit too low to place an implant safely. Bone grafting and sinus lifts solve exactly that: they rebuild or make room for bone so a strong, lasting implant can go in. If another dentist has told you implants are not possible, this is often the reason, and often the answer.

This is planned and carried out by Dr Michael Boulis, a registered specialist prosthodontist trained at the Eastman Dental Institute, with a 98% implant success rate and experience of genuinely complex cases, including full-arch rehabilitation. It is precisely the kind of work a specialist should be doing.
“You took time to give me clear description & checked I was comfortable at each stage of an intense & difficult treatment”

It depends on how much rebuilding is needed, which we can only judge after a scan. As a guide, a CBCT scan is £145 for a single jaw or £195 for both, and grafting is quoted once we have assessed you. Larger implant journeys can be spread over 12 months at 0% interest through Tabeo from around £245 pounds a month.

Michael did an amazing work operating and fitting me with implants. They have made me a different person mentally. I am so much more confident. Everyone thinks they are my own teeth. It was well worth the expense.
I recently had a fantastic dental check-up at this clinic, and it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. The modern atmosphere was refreshing, and Dr Michael's clarity and helpfulness made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. 😊 Alice, his assistant, was also incredibly attentive and supportive. Highly recommend!!
I had a dental hygiene here and absolutely loved the experience. It was very thorough and my teeth felt great afterwards. A comfortable environment as well.
Everything patients usually ask before starting their treatment. Can't see your question? We're happy to talk it through.
Because implants need enough healthy bone to hold them securely. If bone has shrunk after tooth loss, grafting rebuilds it so the implant can succeed long-term.
The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain during it. Most people manage afterwards with ordinary painkillers, and we send you home with comfort care.
It varies, but the grafted area usually needs a few months to heal and mature before implants go in. Dr Boulis will give you a realistic timeline after your scan.
Here. Grafting, sinus lifts and the implants themselves are all carried out at the practice by Dr Boulis, with our on-site CBCT for planning.
Not necessarily. A lack of bone is one of the most common reasons for a no, and it is often exactly what grafting resolves. Book a free consultation and we will assess honestly.
